- Eir& Earth -

Eir is a figure from Norse mythology associated with healing and restoration through nature. With Norwegian heritage in our family, the name honours these roots.

Earth represents the source of everything we create - botanicals, oils, wax, rituals. Together, the name reflects our belief in simple, grounded healing through nature.

No. Mostly hosted by our team member, Alex, alongside other healers. Combining somatic therapy, sound baths and much more, requires multiple qualified people. We simply promote this great community.

- Cacao -

Ceremonial cacao refers to minimally processed cacao, traditionally use in Central and South American cultures for connection through rituals.

We work with suppliers who prioritise quality and responsible sourcing. We deeply respect the indigenous cultures who have carried cacao traditions for generations.

Cacao naturally contains theobromine and small amounts of caffeine. It may not be suitable for those sensitive to stimulants, pregnant individuals without medical advice, or those taking MAOIs.

- Aromatherapy Oils -

Yes. We use pure essential oils blended in natural carrier oils. No synthetic fragrance, no fillers.

Appy to pulse point - wrists, neck, chest - and take a few slow breaths. They're designed as simple, grounding rituals rather than quick fixes.

We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy or if you have a medical condition.

- Candles -

We use natural wax blended with essential oils. No synthetic fragrance.

Because we use essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance oils. The scent is designed to be grounding and gentle - not overpowering.

Burn for 2-4 hours at a time and allow the wax pool to reach the edges on first burn to prevent tunnelling.
